Invoices

Invoices are sent out the first week of each month and reflect the previous month's usage. A $15 late fee will be added on to the amount if the payment is not received by the 2oth of each month. Failure to pay invoice will result in the water being shut off to the property. Owner of the property will be responsible for paying the full amount owed, and the fees associated with turning the water off and back on. 

Payment

We accept checks, cash, or card for payment. Please add your account number to the payment to ensure it is directed to the right account.

• Our mailing address is PO Box 422 Bailey, CO 80421.
• You can also drop payment off at the water station located off of HWY 285 (the little white building with the mail slot in the front).
